The objective of this design was to marry the aesthetics of an industrial basement space and dystopian, sci-fi Westworld series (the client’s inspiration reference) with the functional requirements of wellbeing and interactivity in an office space. This concept leans into the angular, linear forms and the play on light and dark of the Westworld Lab, while referencing the organic contours, and colours of the natural world utilising natural stone, filtered light, and caste concrete wall finishes.
